Hunter Valley Hampers hand make hampers using our selected suppliers.
Your Hampers leave our warehouse in presentation condition, packaged and wrapped as suitable for delivery.
Like all Hamper Companies, we employ third parties to deliver the Hampers to your premises. 
Of course, it is a reasonable expectation for some settling to occur during transport, depending on variables like distance, weather, and circumstances beyond our control. We do our very best to ensure that your parcel will reach it's destination on time and as it left our warehouse. It is to be expected that deliveries will take longer during peak seasons and may not always reach the destination on the preferred delivery date.
Hunter Valley Hampers does not offer a 100%  guarantee for delivery when using third parties. 
All we guarantee is your hamper leaves our warehouse packaged as we deem fit for transport, and in good faith that it will arrive as packed.

At Hunter Valley Hampers consistency is a priority, however, on the occasion that a stock item is not available, the item will be replaced with one of a similar style to equal or more value. Gift packaging and wrapping may vary due to suitability to each individual hamper as we make all hampers to order. We do endeavour to present all hampers as close as possible as displayed on our website. If your hamper requires shipping the hamper will be packaged in either a recycled box or a box that displays the Hunter Valley Hamper logo depending on the size & price of the hamper.

Hunter Valley Hampers do not negotiate or amend these terms on a case by case basis.  By placing an order you agree to these terms, which have worked effectively for years without variation.

About our Australia Wide Delivery Service

Hunter Valley Hampers delivers gifts Australia Wide through the services of Fastway Couriers.  All gifts ordered for this type of delivery are safely packaged and delivered by Fastway courier drivers who are contracted for their service.  Days we deliver for this service are Monday-Friday during business hours only.  No weekend deliveries are available for this service.  Our delivery service works business day to business day. Orders received on the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.  All orders are dispatched from Newcastle by courier overnight to areas within NSW. Regional areas may take 1-2 days. Areas outside of NSW can take anywhere from 2-7 business days. All deliveries may take longer during peak seasons. All orders for this service must be placed by 1pm the day prior to delivery. If you urgently require a weekend delivery, we may be able to fulfil your requirements, however, additional charges will apply.

Our $15 freight charge covers our standard delivery for Major capitals on the Eastern Seaboard.
If you place an order for eg. to Tasmania, WA, or some Regional Areas not limited to, at our discretion we may reduce the contents or portion sizes of the hamper to cover additional freight costs. Delivery to these areas can take anywhere from 5-10 working days sometimes longer during peak seasons.

About Requested Delivery Dates

Hunter Valley Hampers deliver on requested delivery dates 99% of every order taken, however, sometimes like in everyday life things happen that are beyond our control. We rely on our couriers to provide prompt delivery however in some circumstances delays may occur. Hunter Valley Hampers cannot guarantee 100% same day service & requested delivery service for this reason. Should you be concerned that your gift has not arrived at the scheduled delivery time, please contact us & we will make every effort to track your gift.  Once a gift leaves our office it is in the hands of a 3rd party, and sometimes delays in delivery can occur.  Hunter Valley Hampers advises although we use reputable carriers to deliver our products, from time to time delays are experienced for a multiplicity of reasons which are totally out of our control. Failure to deliver on a preferred delivery date is not a valid reason for refund of the delivery cost, total cost or for cancellation of an order.

About International Deliveries

Delivering Hunter Valley Hampers Overseas is a fantastic idea! Australia Post offers a suitable and sometimes affordable overseas delivery service (depending on the country) but you must allow enough time for your hamper to arrive as sometimes it can take up to 3-4 weeks. Most packages we have found will be in excess of $100. We recommend you purchase the hamper of your choice for delivery to a destination in Australia where you can then investigate costs of sending the hamper to your desired overseas destination. If the price of sending the hamper to the overseas destination turns out too costly you can always forward the hamper onto another much loved recipient or use the products for yourself. We are currently seeking affiliates in overseas areas and will keep you up to date with this on our website.
