Hunter Valley Hampers is swamped with requests to donate our Famous Hampers to school fundraising and Community Group Fundraising Events.  In the past we would make donation commitments on an ad hoc basis, or to particular charities that piqued our interest.  Then we came up with the Free Fundraising Hampers idea.

Three Steps to Win a Free Fundraising Hamper

Step One

Visit www.huntervalleyhampers.com.au/free-hampers.html and register on the www.huntervalleyhampers.com.au forum.  Please note that you will require a valid email address and unique password.  Whilst you are there, have a look around the site and make note of the hamper product code you would prefer.

Step two

Enter the forum and view the thread “Free Fundraising Hampers for Your School or Community Event.”  Spend some time reading the other posts to see what has been entered in the past. 

Step three

Choose a hamper from our website and write a brief entry on why the hamper you have chosen would make a great fundraising idea for your event.  Please note, 1.Choose a Hamper and the code, 2. make your entry relevant to your event and the hamper.

Here is an example.

 “Merewether North Public School hosts the 2009 Annual Fete and Family Fun Day on Saturday 31 November.  A “Picnic For Two Hamper” from Hunter Valley Hampers would make a great lucky door prize to assist us raise money for a new School Hall and two violins for the Music Class.”

• Make sure you note the event,
• the community group or school name
• and the date.
• Also add a link to your site.

Free Fundraising Hampers

The Hunter Valley Hampers panel will judge the winning entry on originality and inclusion of relevant Hunter Valley Hampers products, Gift Baskets and concepts.  Chance plays no part in this competition.  Judges decision is final, although we welcome posts on the forum to hear about your school or community event and how successful it was on the day.

Delivery of Free Hampers

Hunter Valley Hampers is pleased to share a free fundraising hamper (valued at $125), although we have to limit the prize to once a month.  The Hunter Valley Hampers panel will judge the winning entry on the first day of the month and dispatch the winning gourmet hamper or gift basket soon after.  You can expect your winning free hamper to arrive in the first week of the month.  Please time your competition entry so this is a neat fit with your fundraising or community event.

Hunter Valley Hampers, as a good corporate citizen, will donate FREE DELIVERY as an added bonus.  So you need not pay a single cent for a FREE Hamper from Hunter Valley Hampers, every month, all year round!

Conditions of Entry

Hunter Valley Hampers will deliver a FREE Hamper to the maximum value OF $125, the contents of which will be at Hunter Valley Hampers discretion.  The FREE delivery will be included.
By entering the competition, you grant Hunter Valley Hampers permission to use the entry for promotional purposes.
