We pride ourselves on our secret suppliers and their quality long lasting baskets that are perfect to pack a picnic for two or store magazines or children’s toys in.

Are they Generous?
YES! Hunter Valley Fruit Hampers have a “no count” policy - this means we do not scrimp and save by counting then number of apples per hamper or the size of the banana as though it were some priceless treasure. We buy heaps of fresh fruit by the box direct from the growers at the Markets, then we share it with you in in a fresh fruit basket. You get the freshest and we use as much as we can so you the customer is satisfied with generous proportions.

Are they Vegetables?
NO! We don’t do vegetable deliveries. We like to think sharing fresh seasonal fruit is more celebratory than a basket full of cauliflowers and potatoes. What do you think? Let us know on our blog and we may indeed start with vegetable hampers, but at the moment most people prefer fruit. But we do know of some friendly people who may be able to help you our if you prefer vegetables.

Note the generous portion size and multiple pieces of fruit. In the make your own gift basket videos you will note that it is almost industry standard to include a single, over size piece of fruit. Our experience and we welcome your feedback on this, is that large fruit is less sweet, and bland in flavour compared to the sweet, small pieces we prefer.
